listen to what is going on for you, without judgement in a confidential space. 

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred Counsellor.

The way I may work is integrative.

This means I use the three main counselling approaches,

this might include looking at:

past events,

unhelpful thinking patterns,

or the way you relate to people.

But we will discuss your issues at your own pace,

I will not direct or make you discuss things you are not ready to look at yet.
